About Me

Hello guys/gals! My name is Landon Ballweg. I am currently an independent instructor around the Greater Madison Area.

On a cold fall day, my cousin (also a flight instructor), landed his personal airplane on one of my dad’s farm fields. I hopped in for my very first flight in an airplane. Ever since that flight, I have had a very strong passion for flying, and decided to turn my passion into a career.

I offically started flight training in June, 2023, right after I graduated high school. I completed Private Pilot through Flight Instructor (Instrument) in just over 24 months. Just recently, I got my Commercial Multi-Engine License.

My goal is to give the best instruction possible. I know what it felt like early on in training, and I want to help my students as much as I can.
